1996 Emergency One/Teledyne "P-23"  2000/3300/500 with 500lbs powder.  250 of these large capacity rigs were delivered to the U. S. Air Force in the mid 1990's.  They are equipped with a central tire inflation/deflation system.  These units are replacing the aging fleet of "P-2" and some "P-15" rigs.  Two identical units were built for civilian use and are at the Tallahassee, Florida airport.  Other "P-23s" are in service in Charlotte, North Field, Pope, SC Air National Guard Base, Seymour-Johnson, and Shaw.
