1974 Oshkosh "P-4" 1100/1500/180.  Another very popular ARFF rig is the Oshkosh "P-4."  Over 1,000 of these rigs were built for military and civilian use.  The U. S. Coast Guard operates only 2 ARFF facilities in the world, with the other being at Kodiak Island, Alaska.  The "P-4" has seen service with every branch of the military.  Other "P-4s" are in service at Donaldson Center, Greensboro, Myrtle Beach, and Wilmington.
